Digital Speedometer
This is not a project in itself, but rather a series of studies with digital interfaces focusing on the trucks' digital speedometer. In it I developed some variations and made changes little by little to try different layout options.

Desafio
Transfer information from the traditional speedometer to the digital environment by adding elements that are generally linked to the multimedia system in the center of the vehicle's dashboard, such as: music, GPS, calls and cell phone notifications.
My role
Test different layouts to display information clearly without overlapping important functions for the driver. Maintain the traditional structure for the speedometer, tachometer, temperature and fuel are clearly visible and at the same time use the free space to reimagine other functions.
Results
Simple gauge, first test carried out with the tachometer highlighted, as the tachometer is more important than the speedometer when it comes to trucks, as controlling the speed range is fundamental to the engine's efficiency.
Double gauge with integrated multimedia. Phone call, GPS and music playing. Added the option to disappear the speed gauge to have access to 2 highlighted functions (Music and GPS highlighted)
Gauge with option to switch between single and double. The information is maintained and the GPS is located in the center of the tachometer while the speed is centered at the bottom to maintain general control of all basic functions.
